Compliance support
Accountability built into your training.
Your training evolves. Its history stays intact.
Your team needs room to practise and improve. Your company needs to understand which standards guide that practice and how its training content changes. MockProspect provides tools to support that accountability and your own compliance process.
Your standards guide the practice
Define your objection answers, call stages, and language rules. Include required disclosures and phrases reps should avoid. Mark a language rule strict when a violation should lower the score, or coaching when it should provide feedback without changing the score.
Reps practise by phone. Managers can review recordings, transcripts, and feedback against the configured standards. A practice score is evidence about that conversation, not a certification of readiness or future customer results.
Changes leave a record
Changes to standards, practice personas, and company information create a new training revision and a signed event. The event identifies the action, its time, the revision, and the person or automated process responsible. Events are linked in sequence to make changes to the recorded history detectable.
This history records changes from the September 18, 2026 rollout onward. It does not reconstruct missing earlier activity. The system records these events today; a customer-facing history page is still in development.
Results identify the standards used
Each grade records the standards version used for that evaluation. Updating a standard creates a new version rather than replacing the earlier standard, so past results can be understood against the criteria used to grade them.
This version reference is available today. Broader signed evidence covering calls and grading runs is still in development.
Records and exports available today
Owners can download a JSON export containing standards and persona versions, calls, transcripts, and scores. Recording entries are links that require account access; the export does not bundle the audio into a standalone archive or include the new signed change history.
Records remain subject to the service's retention and deletion terms. The current export is not a permanent archive of all training evidence.
Further controls in development
We are developing a customer-facing history page, explicit approval and revocation of training standards, signed call and grading evidence, and complete portable exports. These capabilities are not available yet. No release date is promised here.
Supporting your process
Your company determines which standards, disclosures, and recordkeeping practices its work requires. MockProspect supports training against the rules you configure; it does not certify regulatory compliance or decide whether your training meets an industry's obligations. The service is not for regulated health data.
