For sales managers evaluating AI roleplay
Is MockProspect right for your sales team?
AI sales roleplay by phone. Natural conversations and consistent feedback against your company’s standards, priced for small teams.
Plans from $29/month. No per-seat fees.
Try it for yourself01 / Realistic practice
Will this give my reps realistic practice?
Reps practise on a real phone call. The AI objects, interrupts, and can hang up when it loses patience. Judge the conversation yourself.
Call the demo. Hear the difference for yourself.

Same product. Different levels of resistance.
The public demo uses general sales standards. Your account starts with editable standards you can tailor to your company.

Can it reflect what we sell and how we sell it?
Yes. Edit the company information, the people your reps practise with, and the standards they’re graded against. Start with an industry pack, then make it yours.
Example configuration · fictional SaaS team
- What you sell
- Scheduling software for service businesses. The goal of the call is to book a demo.
- Who the rep calls
- A busy office manager who uses a spreadsheet and worries about switching systems.
- What a good call includes
- Agree on a demo time and confirm the email address for the invitation before ending the call.
What can I customize?
Write your own prospect descriptions, objection answers, call stages, and language rules in plain English. Mark rules as coaching or strict: coaching gives advice; strict violations lower the score.
Ready-made packs cover 15 industries. For another industry, general scenarios are available while AI drafts callers and objections for your business.
See the supported industries →03 / Feedback you can check
Can I trust the feedback?
Check it against the call. Your written standards guide the grading, and reports show the supporting transcript evidence and reasons. Every grade identifies the standards version used.
Illustrative grading example · same fictional team
- Your standard
- Agree on a demo time and confirm the invitation email.
- The rep says
- “I’ll send you some information. Thanks for your time.”
- The finding
- Next step missed. No demo time or email address was confirmed. Practise securing a specific next step before ending the call.
See a real scorecard from the Difficult call
This is the scorecard from the Difficult practice call above. The feedback identifies a specific objection the rep could handle better on the next attempt.
Clarify what “too busy” means before answering it.
You ran a very strong pitch — your diagnostic questions, value explanation, pricing math, and the transition to the trial were clear… The single most important thing to work on is the “too busy already” objection: you acknowledged it and reframed toward more customers, but did not clarify whether the prospect meant they don’t want more work or they’re worried about dropping the ball while busy.
How do you keep grading consistent?
By default, objection, pitch, and language graders each run three times and combine their findings. Reports show the reasons, supporting transcript evidence, and rules that split the graders. Audio analysis separately measures delivery.
Review the evidence and sharpen unclear standards. A practice score helps you choose what to work on; you decide when a rep is ready for customers.

What work will this require from me?
Getting a listed industry’s starting pack running takes about a minute after checkout. Tailoring it to your product and reviewing the standards takes additional time.
Get started
Choose an industry. Add your reps.
Enter your company name, choose a starting pack, and register your reps’ phone numbers. Your account gets its own practice number. Every account includes all three kinds of call: answering a customer, cold calling, and calling back a lead who asked.
Make it yours
Review the callers and standards.
Adapt the starting content to your offering, objections, and call goals. Decide which rules should affect scores.
Keep it useful
Review results. Update as needed.
Reps practise independently. You review their results and adjust training content when your product or expectations change.
What should I know before subscribing?
Setup is self-service and support is by email. Practice is in English. There’s no CRM or calendar integration, onboarding call, or account manager.
Reps initiate every practice call by dialling your number from their own phones. There’s no app to install and you don’t need to attend each session.

What will I see as a manager?
See who’s practising, follow each rep’s progress over six weeks, and identify the standards that need more coaching.

06 / Compliance support
How does this support our compliance process?
Set required disclosures and prohibited language. Record owner approvals, track changes, and see which standards each call was graded against. Export recordings, results, and signed history for your own records.

What will it cost for my team?
Every plan includes the same practice, grading, and team reports. Choose your shared monthly minutes; register as many reps as you need.
A practical example
5 reps × 2 calls a week × 5 minutes × 4 weeks = 200 minutes.
That fits the Business plan: $199/month for 300 shared minutes. This is a planning example; longer calls or more sessions use more minutes.

Minute limits, top-ups, and larger teams
Bigger team than Scale covers? support@mockprospect.com.
Setup takes about a minute for a listed industry. Other industries, and what setup involves →
When your monthly allowance and any top-up minutes are used up, new practice calls pause. Top up, upgrade, or wait for your next monthly allowance. Reaching the allowance limit does not cut off a call already underway. No overage charges.
Top-ups: 60 minutes for $45, 200 minutes for $149 — top-up minutes never expire.
08 / Your content and recordings
What happens to our content and recordings?
Your standards, recordings, transcripts, and grades belong to you. We don’t sell them or use them to train our own models.
Processing and deletion
Service providers process data to run calls, transcribe recordings, and produce grades. After cancellation takes effect, your account stays readable for 30 days before its data is permanently deleted.
Read the Privacy Policy →Can I export our records?
Yes. The owner can download every record and recording, with the signed history and a verifier that checks them without a MockProspect account.
